Article 13 of REACH SVHC candidate substances granted officially announced

If the following two conditions are met, materials manufacturers and exporters need from the list of substances to be included in both six months (ie 15 December 2015) to ECHA communications:
i. the content of substances in articles in more than 1 ton / year / manufacturer or exporter
ii. material weight percentage in those articles in a concentration greater than 0.1%
